DPF light coming on? Pulling fault codes? DES can troubleshoot and inspect your emissions system, perform any required maintenance, and reset your DPF light.
Discounts & Free Pickups
DES offers discounts for cleaning multiple DPFs / DOCs (ask us), and we offer free pickup & delivery of DPFs within a 30 mi (48 km) radius. We have fully-stocked service trucks for DPF mobile installation, typically covering the West Coast.
Emissions Retrofitting
If your truck is Pre-2007, DES can custom fit (retrofit) a compliant emissions system to your vehicle. DES is a CARB verified and EPA certified installer that has installed more emissions control devices than any of our competitors.
EGR Cleaning (NEW service)
DES now offers EGR Cleaning Service – which increases fuel mileage, lowers engine opacity, removes carbon build-up, extends the life of the EGR system, decreases intake temperature, and increases airflow to the engine (requires an oil change after service) – ask about our bundle discount.

DPF R&R & Custom Mounting
DES offers standard remove & replace services for DPFs, and we offer custom DPF mounting. DES manufactures and installs custom sized brackets, mounts, guards, step covers and offers complete customized mounting kits. Our engineering department can design the highest quality system that’s perfect for your application.
Aftertreatment Diagnostics
DES offers full emissions systems diagnostics, helping you troubleshoot DPF & emissions issues. Often issues with a DPF can be caused by unresolved engine issues upstream such as air or oil/fluid leaks. We check for engine issues and the whole health of the system to see how it’s affecting the DPF.
Clean Truck Check – HD I/M Testing
Our CARB-certified technicians can perform the required emissions system testing to keep your truck in compliance with these new regulations.
