A: We aim for a 90-minute turnaround on standard Preventative Maintenance (PM) services. Unlike dealerships that may park your truck for days, our goal is “In, Fixed, and Out” to minimize your downtime.
A: Our DOT and BIT inspections cover all safety-critical systems required by the CHP and FMCSA. We also include a multi-point safety check to identify potential issues—like worn brakes or leaking seals—before they cause a breakdown or a citation.
A: While we do accept walk-ins, we highly recommend calling 916-473-7393 to book a specific time slot. This guarantees you the “Pit Crew” experience with shorter wait times upon arrival.
A: Don’t buy new until we test it! In most cases, we can clean and recover your DPF to “like-new” flow using our specialized baking and air-knife process. This costs a fraction of the price of a replacement filter (saving you up to $3,000 or more).
Sometimes a filter is so plugged or is compromised that it needs to be replaced. This situation can be avoided by regular DPF cleanings and keeping your truck issue-free upstream.
A: Yes. We specialize in Aftertreatment Diagnostics & Repair. Whether it’s a clogged filter, a bad NOX sensor, or a DEF system failure, we can diagnose the root cause, clear the codes, and get your truck out of derate fast.
A: In most cases, we can clean your DPF, DOC, and/or SCR filter within 24 hrs (next business day). We use a multi-point industrial-strength cleaning process that involves inspection, benchmarking (before and after), and the bake, blow, and cool-down process.
A comprehensive cleaning report is included with every service.
If a filter is super dirty, it may require a 2nd bake.
A: We use factory-level diagnostic software & tools for all major manufacturers, including Cummins, Detroit Diesel, Volvo, and Paccar. We don’t just pull generic codes; we trace the electrical or mechanical root cause to stop the guessing games.
A: Yes. We are known as the “Diagnostic Lab” for a reason. Our technicians are experts at chasing down complex electrical ghosts, wiring shorts, and sensor failures that other shops often reject or fail to fix.
A: Yes, we specialize in Class A Diesel Pushers. We provide dealer-quality service for chassis, air suspension, generators, and engines. Our facility is clean and family-friendly, so you don’t have to worry about the “dirty truck stop” experience.
A: Absolutely. We service and repair onboard diesel generators (like Onan) to ensure your power stays on during your trip.
A: We are conveniently located near the major trucking corridors of I-5 and I-80, serving Sacramento, West Sacramento, Natomas, and Elk Grove.
