At DES, we take your data seriously. Here’s how we will and won’t use your data. By completing this survey, you are consenting for DES to contact you about the results of this survey, the drawing, or for the purpose of addressing any issues provided in the feedback and/or following up to ensure we are able to maintain our highest level of customer service. You also consent to be added to our general email list to receive updates and / or coupons from time to time, or to the list of any of DES’s brands, to which you may opt out of at any time. WE DO NOT SELL YOUR DATA TO ANY THIRD PARTY.
*$250 gift card redeemable at our online superstore DPFpartsdirect.com or for parts / services through any Diesel Emissions Service location. Drawings to be held quarterly, on the 1st business day of the month, with winners announced on our websites, social media and via email blasts. This drawing is exclusively for DES / DPFpartsdirect.com customers. All participants are encouraged to give authentic feedback about their experience; no participant will be excluded from drawings based on whether their feedback is favorable or not. Drawing will run indefinitely, but may be cancelled at any time at the sole discretion of DES Management, which will be updated here. Drawing is random based on participants during each quarter, conducted by an authorized DES employee. No purchase is necessary to provide feedback; however, feedback is limited to existing customers, and is collected for the sole purpose of improving the quality of our customers’ experiences.
Winners will be contacted via email and/or by phone and will have 365 days in which to redeem their prize; which is not redeemable for cash, only in-store or online credit. Products purchased by winners using their award are not eligible for a return that warrants a refund. No purchase amount beyond the $250 prize is necessary. Winners of this drawing give their express permission for the use of their name and/or likeness and image (if provided) for advertising, promotional and/or marketing purposes without additional compensation, limitation, restriction, notice, review or approval.
