Let us handle the logistics so you can focus on your business. Our new service options are designed to be convenient and affordable for our partners throughout Oregon.
Here’s how it works:
- Free Pick-up & Delivery: For all customers within a 5-mile radius of our shop.
- $25 Flat Fee: For customers located 5 to 15 miles away (includes round-trip service).
- $50/hour: For distances beyond 15 miles, we charge an hourly driving rate for pick-up and drop-off.

DPF Cleaning & Maintenance: DES uses a rigorous 8-step cleaning process to ensure your diesel particulate filter is thoroughly cleaned to its maximum level, every time. We track every cleaning for you, keeping logs of important data, before & after pictures and weights to give you a comprehensive report.

DPF Parts & Accessories: DES offers a full line of heavy duty, medium duty and light duty DPFs, DOCs and DPF accessories through our Redline Emissions Products® brand – DPFs, DOCs, clamps, gaskets, weld bungs, CACs, sensors and more. We also carry brands like Durafit, Skyline, Filtertherm®, FSX, CDTi, ESW, Hug, Huss and Johnson Matthey at our online superstore.

Mobile Installation: DES trained technicians have fully stocked service trucks for DPF mobile installation, typically covering the West Coast. Can’t find a location near you? We’ve got you covered.

Emissions Retrofitting: If your truck is Pre-2007, DES can custom-fit (retrofit) a compliant emissions system to your vehicle. DES is a CARB-verified and EPA-certified installer that has installed more emissions control devices than any of our competitors.

Custom DPF Mounting: DES manufactures and mounts custom-sized brackets, mounts, guards, step covers and offers complete customized mounting kits. Our engineering department has designed the highest quality system that’s perfect for your application.

On-Site Training: DES offers multiple types of training for General DPF knowledge, Equipment Specific education, and training for our Filtertherm® line of equipment with additional online training and certification. And we also offer Sales Training & Support to our Redline Dealers.

Diesel Emissions Service (DES) opened its Portland location in 2008. Since then, DES Portland has been instrumental in providing DOC and CCV’s to school districts and municipality-owned vehicles throughout Oregon.
In the Summer of 2015, DES expanded to a larger facility offering full-service DPF filter cleaning and replacement parts, including the Durafit™ OEM replacement filters. We are looking forward to serving more clients as we make our way up the West Coast!
Our team is a certified and trained distributor for many DPF industry manufacturers, including CDTi, DCL, Hug, Huss, Donaldson, Nett, ESW Group, and Johnson Matthey. This expertise allows DES to provide our customers with the highest quality service the industry has to offer, regardless of the project.

Manufacturing: DES uses an AMADA turret press, along with other CNC machines, to manufacture custom-sized brackets, mounts, guards, step covers, as well as our Redline Emissions Products® line of gaskets.

Child Check-Mate: DES offers the Child Check-Mate Systems for school buses, which is a patented, unique alarm system that monitors motion to help improve safety conditions for drivers and students.
